Cultivation facilities

Jeollanam-do is a specialized aquaculture area with 84,000 hectares of seaweed farming infrastructure and aquaculture license . Contract cultivation is possible through approximately 10,000 ocean farmers to produce the required amount of production.

F&W is a company that produces Asparagopsis by collaborating with fishermen equipped with aquaculture facilities as follows.

• 84,000 hectares of licensed land available for seaweed production

• Completion of licensed land aquaculture facilities

• Working vessel and shipping vessel

• F&W Hatchery and Nursery facilities

• Wharf Infrastructure

• Securing contract facilities for post-harvest processing

Jeollanam-do Province was chosen as the aquaculture site due to its accessibility to existing infrastructure and suitability for Asparagopsis cultivation.
